Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading bathroom retailer, today confirms that the Board changes announced on 25 February 2026 have now taken effect.

 

Stephnie Judge, formerly Group Managing Director, has been appointed to the Board as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Mark Radcliffe, the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer, who has assumed the role of non‑executive Founder Director. In his new role, Mark will remain actively engaged with the Group and its strategic direction. Mark remains a substantial and committed shareholder in Victorian Plumbing.

 

Further information regarding the appointment of Stephnie Judge, in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules"), is set out in the appendix to this announcement.
