Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP), the international designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative flooring, announces that 384,016 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's share incentive plans.
Of these, 137,141 Ordinary Shares have been issued to Roberto Moreno, Victoria's Chief Operating Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") in the Company, pursuant to the exercise of options under a par value option long-term incentive plan at an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share.
The remaining 246,875 Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Victoria Plc 2020 Long Term Incentive Plan by certain employees of the Company at an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share. None of these recipients are directors of the Company or PDMRs.
Accordingly, the Company has transferred 384,016 Ordinary Shares previously held in treasury to satisfy the exercise of the options. As a result, the Company holds 9,726,821 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 115,737,846 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
