Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP), the international designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative flooring, announces that 594,179 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been granted to an employee pursuant to the terms of their employment contract. The Ordinary Shares will be issued at the nominal value of 5 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Additionally, options over 28,000 Ordinary Shares under the Victoria Plc 2020 Long Term Incentive Plan have been exercised by certain employees of the Company at an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share.  

 

None of the recipients of these shares are directors of the Company or persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

 

Accordingly, the Company has transferred 622,179 Ordinary Shares previously held in treasury to satisfy the grant of the Ordinary Shares and the exercise of the options. As a result, the Company holds 10,117,212 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 115,347,455 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
