Vianet Group plc (AIM: VNET), the provider of AI-enabled business intelligence through proprietary real-time data capture and connected software solutions, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 19 June 2026 were duly passed by shareholders by way of a poll.

The Board would like to thank shareholders for their continued support and engagement with the Company.
