Verici Dx Plc, (AIM: VRCI), a developer of advanced clinical diagnostics for organ transplant, announces that a Circular has been published containing a notice of a general meeting to be held at the offices of Shoosmiths LLP at 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ at 11:30 a.m. on 22 June 2026 ("General Meeting").
The General Meeting is being held to ensure that the Company has sufficient authority to issue and allot new Ordinary Shares on a non-pre-emptive basis following the Fundraising announced on 5 June 2026.
