Venture Life Group PLC (AIM: VLG), a leader in product innovation, development and commercialisation within the global consumer healthcare sector, announces that today the Company transferred 110,000 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) out of treasury to settle options exercised by an employee in accordance with the Company’s employee share option scheme.

Following the transfer, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 128,860,145, with 10,133,387 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights will be 118,726,758. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
