Co-Design Partnership MoUs Signed with Strategic Edge Consulting and Arqit

The Company is pleased to announce that Whitespace, the Company's engineering partner designing and developing the secure communications platform, has entered into two Memoranda of Understanding (“MoUs”), one with Strategic Edge Consulting and the other with Arqit (together, the "Partners") to act as co-design partners in the development and advancement of the Company's post-quantum cryptography-based technology platform intended for use by financial institutions and regulatory bodies (the "Product" or "Technology").

Under the MoUs, the Partners will serve as co-design partners for the Product, contributing user scenarios, sector expertise, and operational feedback to inform the design, usability, and compliance posture of the Product.

During this co-design phase, the collaborative activities will include:

• Provision of user scenarios, use cases, and operational feedback to inform Product design and functionality;
• Participation in structured testing and evaluation sessions, providing feedback on usability, workflow integration, and compliance considerations;
• Whitespace sharing relevant design artefacts, prototypes, and demonstration environments to facilitate informed feedback from the Partners.
