AGM Notice

Vault Ventures Plc announces it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 11:00 a.m. (London Time) on 19th August 2025 at the offices of Blake Morgan LLP, 6 New Street Square EC4A 3DJ.

The Notice of AGM, together with a Form of Proxy, will be posted to shareholders today. Further details on the arrangement for this AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM which will shortly be available on the Company's website.
