The Company has been informed by the Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited that it has acquired additional securities in the Company such that it now holds 20.0690% beneficial interest in the securities of the Company. As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act (South Africa), the Company has filed the required notices with the South African Takeover Regulation Panel.
