Valereum Signs MoU with Blubird, including visibility to its issuers, with tokenised assets worth more than US $55 billion and targeting the listing of US $2 billion worth of assets for Valereum marketplace

Valereum Plc (AQSE:VLRM) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") with Blubird Global Inc. ("Blubird"), a Delaware SaaS provider whose platform already administers more than US $55 billion of tokenised assets, (together, the "Parties").

This MoU underscores Valereum's commitment to expanding its digital asset ecosystem and exploring pathways to monetisation and global growth. 

Areas of collaboration to be explored by both Parties include:

Highlights

• A binding commitment for immediate access to Blubird's Web3 Founders Tools suite under a 10-year licence, creating an end-to-end pipeline for token design, compliance, issuance, and investor management.
• More than US $55 billion in assets have already been tokenised and are administered on Blubird's platform. Blubird may promote Valereum's marketplace to selected issuers on its platform. Subject to issuer consent and technical and regulatory approval, the Parties will initially target up to US $2 billion of these assets for listing on Valereum's forthcoming marketplace.
• Framework established for co-branded education, joint go-to-market pilots, and mutual referral incentives.
• Exploratory discussions commenced on a white-label deployment of Blubird's full RWA suite under Valereum's branding.

In addition, potential joint initiatives identified by the Parties include co-marketing activities, an El Salvador RWA Marketplace pilot, and engaging in technical discovery.
