Director Shareholding

 The Company was notified on 23 June 2016 of the following share transaction by a Director and releases this announcement in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.

On 23 June 2016, Robin Butler, Managing Director, purchased 16,546 Ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 245p.  Further to these transactions, Robin Butler's total beneficial interest is now 1,214,939 Ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 0.84 % of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The transaction took place in London.
