Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 3 July 2015 of the following share transaction by a Director and releases this announcement in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.

On 3 July 2015, Alan Dickinson, non-executive Director, transferred his entire holding of 88,889 Ordinary shares of 20p each from a Vidacos Nominees Limited account to a TD Direct Investing Crest account at a price of 250p.  Further to this transaction, Alan Dickinson's total beneficial interest remains at 88,889 Ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 0.06% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The transaction took place in London.
