Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 24 July 2015 of the following share transaction by a Director and releases this announcement in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.

On 24 July 2015, Philip Leech, Property Director, transferred his holding of 12,500 Ordinary shares of 20p each from a Shore Capital Nominee account to Lynchwood Nominees Limited at a price of 249.5p.  Further to this transaction, Philip Leech's total beneficial interest remains at 459,624 Ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 0.32% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The transaction took place in London.
