Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 16 July 2015 of the following share transactions by a Director and releases this announcement in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.

Robert Adair has entered into an agreement on 16th July 2015 in London ‎to charge 1,200,000 Ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company to Equities First Holdings LLC ("EFH") as security in connection with a loan on substantially the same terms as the agreement announced on 30th ‎March 2015.  The mechanism of charge is that the shares have been transferred‎ into EFH's name for the duration of the loan.  He remains fully beneficially entitled to all dividends and benefits or suffers from changes in the capital value of the shares.  In addition, he is able to instruct EFH to vote the shares according to his direction.

Further to this transaction, Robert Adair's total beneficial interest remains at 4,254,386 Ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 2.95% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
