Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 12 June 2015 of the following share transaction by a Director and releases this announcement in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.

On 10 June 2015, Robert Adair, non-executive Director, transferred 875,924 Ordinary shares of 20p each from his funds at Lloyds with the Corporation of Lloyds to an uncharged account in his name at Investec Wealth Management Limited.

The transaction took place in London.

Further to these transactions, Robert Adair's total beneficial interest remains at 4,254,386 Ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 2.95% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
