Blocklisting application

 

United Oil & Gas Plc (AIM: UOG), the oil and gas company with a high impact exploration asset in Jamaica and a development asset in the UK announces that it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 330,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. The Company has today received a notice from a warrant holder to exercise their warrants and the resultant ordinary shares will be incorporated into the block listing.

 

It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 26 February 2026.  The New Blocklisting Shares will be used to provide additional headroom to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to the exercise of warrants with an exercise price of £0.0015 per ordinary share, and with expiry date of 23 April 2026 (the "April 26 Warrants").  The New Blocklisting Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares.
