EMTN Programme: publication of Base Admission Particulars

The Unite Group PLC today announces that the base admission particulars dated 19 March 2026 relating to the update of the £2,000,000,000 Guaranteed Euro Medium Term Note ("EMTN") Programme, guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of the Company, has been published (the "Base Admission Particulars").

A copy of the Base Admission Particulars has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at and can be downloaded from:
