In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2), Unite Group notes that Ross Paterson, an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Vp plc with effect from 1 September 2026.      

 

As earlier announced, Ross Paterson is stepping down from the Unite Group Board on 31 August 2026 at the end of his tenure.
