Publication of 2025 Annual Report, Sustainability Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have today been published and sent to shareholders. The Company has also published a Sustainability Report for the year ended 31 December 2025.

The Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday 15 May 2026 at the Company's registered office: The Welcome Building, 1^st Floor, Avon St, Bristol BS2 0PS at 9.30am.

Copies of the 2025 Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk.

The 2025 Annual Report, the Sustainability Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are also available on the Company's website: http://www.unitegroup.com/investors.
