Further Invalid Requisition of General Meeting

 

Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO, OTCQB: UJOGF), acknowledges the receipt of a second purported requisition notice dated Monday 19 January 2026 at 17:19 (the "Second Purported Notice") from former director Craig Howie.

After reviewing the Second Purported Notice and taking legal advice, the Company did not consider the Second Purported Notice to be valid.

However, subsequent to that review, on 20 January 2026 at 07:16, prior to the market open, Craig Howie informed the Company that he withdrew the Second Purported Notice.

Consequently, the media commentary this morning in relation to the Second Purported Notice was premature, given that the Second Purported Notice was withdrawn prior to market open.
