2025 Annual Financial Report Announcement

Unilever PLC ("Unilever") announces that the following documents have been published today and are available on its website at:

·    Unilever Annual Report on Form 20-F 2025

In compliance with the UK Listing Rules and the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, a copy of the Unilever Annual Report and Accounts 2025 in unedited full text and a copy of the Unilever Annual Report on Form 20-F 2025 ("Form 20-F") will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:

https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

In compliance with section 5:25m(5) Financial Markets Supervision Act, the Annual Report and Accounts 2025 was submitted to the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets ("AFM"). The AFM publishes the report in its public register.

Unilever will also file its Form 20-F for the year ended 31 December 2025 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission today. The Form 20-F will be available for download at www.sec.gov. 

Update on NED Appointment

On 7 October 2025, Unilever announced that Belén Garijo López would be appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director and join the Unilever Board. This appointment is now expected to take effect during 2027.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 6.3.5R(1A).
