Result of General Meeting and Cancellation

Unigel Group plc (AQSE: UNX), the manufacturer and supplier of materials used in the manufacture of telecommunication fibre optic cables announces that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

As further detailed in the Company's announcement on 20 May 2026 and in the Notice of General Meeting, at the General Meeting, a special resolution was proposed which approved the withdrawal of the admission of the Company's shares to trading on the Aquis Growth Market.  As required by the Aquis Rules, the Cancellation Resolution was approved by both (i) a majority of not less than 75 per cent. of the shares which were voted on the Cancellation Resolution and (ii) as the Company is deemed to have a controlling shareholder, a majority of the shares held by independent shareholders which were voted on the Cancellation Resolution.

Therefore, following the passing of the Cancellation Resolution, the last day of trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the Aquis Growth Market will be 19 June 2026 and the withdrawal will take effect at 7:00am on 22 June 2026.

In addition to the Cancellation, following passing of the Re-registration Resolution at the General Meeting, the Company will re-register as a private company and adopt the New Articles of Association.
