The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that, in connection with the Offer for Subscription launched by the Company on 26 January 2026 to raise up to £20 million with an additional overallotment option of  £15 million, ("Offer") on 20 May 2026 it unconditionally allotted and issued 2,093,579 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at prices ranging between 77.00p and 81.27p per share in respect to applications requesting a 2026/2027 tax year allotment. 

 

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 2,093,579 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on or around 22 May 2026.

 

The Offer remains open until 5.30 p.m. on 31 July 2026 (or, if earlier, as soon as the Offer is fully subscribed or otherwise at the board's discretion).

 

Following this allotment, the Company now has 257,534,693 Ordinary Shares in issue.
