The Company has previously announced that it intended to continue its ongoing refreshment of the Board and intended to identify a suitable candidate to join as a Non -Executive Director. Following an external recruitment process the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Tamara Sakovska as a non-executive Director with effect from 14 May 2026.

Tamara has over a decade of board experience in private equity-backed and public companies listed on Nasdaq and the London Stock Exchange and between 2016 and 2022 served on the board of JP Morgan Emerging Europe, Middle East & Africa Plc. With a strong background in global financial markets with over twenty years of blue-chip institutional investing experience in Europe and North America gained at Goldman Sachs, HarbourVest, Warburg Pincus, Permira, Eton Park and GFP Tamara is well placed to help steward the Company through the next stage of its journey. Transaction experience covers a broad range of sectors including consumer, TMT, utilities, natural resources, financial services and real estate across developed and emerging markets. Tamara is the author of The Private Equity Toolkit: A Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Deals Done from Sourcing to Exit.
