OPERATIONAL UPDATE

Ukrproduct Group Ltd PLC (AIM: UKR), one of Ukraine's leading dairy processors, provides the following update further to the large-scale Russian missile and drone attacks on Ukraine over the past week.

The Company confirms that two of its office locations sustained physical damage as a result of the attacks. Damage included broken windows, damage to walls, doors and ceiling panels, and displaced equipment and furniture. No fires occurred as a result of the explosions. The Company is currently assessing the full extent of repairs required and implementing temporary measures where appropriate. One location sustained more significant possible structural damage and is currently being assessed by engineers to determine whether it remains suitable for continued use. Where necessary, staff and equipment will be relocated to alternative premises.

The Company is pleased to confirm that no employees were injured, which is the Board's primary concern. While no employees were physically injured, the attacks highlight the ongoing human impact of the war on our workforce and their families.. The Company remains committed to supporting the wellbeing of its employees and their families and provides assistance where required to help through these difficult circumstances.

Based on information currently available, the Company does not expect any material impact on manufacturing operations, customer deliveries, contractual obligations or overall business continuity.

The Company continues to evaluate the financial implications of the damage sustained but does not currently anticipate a material impact on the Group's financial position or outlook. The Company remains committed continuity of its operations in support of Ukraine's population and food supply chain.
