Notice of Results and Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

TT Electronics plc ("TT", "the Group"), a global engineer and manufacturer of electronic solutions for critical applications, announces details of presentations to accompany its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 being announced on Wednesday 2 September 2026.  

A presentation for analysts and institutional investors will be held at 09:00 BST on Wednesday 2 September 2026, both in-person at Berenberg's London office and virtually. In-person attendance is by invitation only, while the virtual presentation is open to all interested participants and can be accessed by registering via: https://b.link/TTG_HY26

TT Electronics will also be hosting a presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday 3 September 2026 at 09:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 2 September 2026 at 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
