Non-Executive Director Appointment

TT Electronics plc ("TT"), a global provider of engineered electronics for performance-critical applications, announces that Mary Waldner will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 27 August 2026. Mary will be appointed to the Board as the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee and will also serve on the Nominations Committee and Remuneration Committee.

She is a Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Senior plc, an international engineering solutions provider within the aerospace, defence, land vehicle and power markets. Mary was previously a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Oxford Instruments plc.

She has been the Chief Financial Officer of Lloyd's Register since March 2016. Lloyd's Register is a global professional services company specialising in engineering and technology for the maritime industry.   Prior to this she was the Group Finance Director of Ultra Electronics Holdings plc, Director Group Finance at QinetiQ Group plc and Group Financial Controller of 3i Group plc.  Earlier, Mary held senior roles at British Airways, General Motors and Vauxhall Motors.

Mary holds an MA (Hons) in Physics from Oxford University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
