TT Electronics Plc has made block admission applications to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 126,786 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company. It is anticipated that the Shares will be admitted on 14 October 2026.

 

The Shares will be issued by the Company from time to time to satisfy share awards made under the terms of the TT Electronics plc Sharesave Scheme, TT Electronics plc USA Employee Stock Purchase Plan, TT Electronics Long Term Incentive Plan 2014 and TT Electronics Deferred Share Bonus Plan.
