Block Admission Application

 

 

The Company announces that it has today made a block admission application to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 126,786 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The Shares have previously been allotted and issued under the Company's employee share plans and are now being admitted to trading and will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company. It is anticipated that the Shares will be admitted on 14 October 2026.

 

The Shares have been issued by the Company to satisfy share awards made under the terms of the TT Electronics plc Sharesave Scheme, TT Electronics plc USA Employee Stock Purchase Plan, TT Electronics Long Term Incentive Plan 2014 and TT Electronics Deferred Share Bonus Plan.
