Delay to the publication of audited accounts for the year ended 29 March 2026 & Suspension

 

TSP Advanced Technologies plc (AQSE: TSP) announces a delay to the completion and publication of its audited accounts for the year to 29 March 2026.  Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 5.1 of the Aquis Growth Market Access Rulebook, a temporary suspension of trading in the Company's shares will take effect from 08:00 today (1 October 2026).

 

The Company will make further announcements as appropriate.

 

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the UK version of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, which forms part of domestic law under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. The person responsible for arranging the release of this announcement on behalf of the Company is Geoff Miller, Executive Chairman.
