Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that in the period 13 July 2026 to 17 July 2026, it purchased in aggregate 354,780 of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis) ("Deutsche Numis"), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 17 March 2026 (the "Buyback Programme"). Since 25 March 2026, the date of commencement of the Buyback Programme, the Company has purchased 3,479,756 Ordinary Shares for cancellation, at a cost (excluding dealing and associated costs) of ~£8,606,437.
