LONDON, UK - March 02, 2026 - Trustpilot, a leading global review platform dedicated to building trust between consumers and businesses, today announced the appointment of Shazadi Stinton as its new Chief Trust Officer.
Shazadi joins Trustpilot with more than 20 years of experience in legal, governance, and regulatory leadership across consumer-facing and highly regulated industries. She most recently served as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at MONY Group PLC (formerly MoneySuperMarket Group), where she was a member of the Executive Committee and played a central role in strengthening governance frameworks, board effectiveness and sustainability reporting.
Prior to MONY Group, Shazadi spent over a decade at Severn Trent in senior legal leadership roles, including Head of Legal Counsel. She began her career in private practice at Eversheds Sutherland and Shakespeare Martineau.
In her new role, Shazadi will lead Trustpilot's global Trust function, overseeing content integrity, fraud prevention and the legal and governance frameworks that safeguard the platform. She will work closely with the Technology, Public Affairs and Product teams to ensure the company's integrity standards remain robust as the company continues to innovate and scale.
Adrian Blair, CEO of Trustpilot, commented: "Trust is the foundation of everything we do at Trustpilot. As digital platforms grow in scale and complexity, maintaining strong governance and platform integrity remains central to our strategy. Shazadi brings deep experience from regulated, consumer-focused organisations and a proven ability to embed robust controls while enabling innovation and growth. I am delighted to welcome her to the executive team."
Shazadi Stinton, incoming Chief Trust Officer, said: "Trustpilot plays a unique role in helping consumers and businesses make better decisions through transparency and accountability. Protecting that trust requires clear governance, strong safeguards and constant vigilance.
