Board Committee Membership Changes

Trustpilot Group plc (the “Company”) announces the following changes to the membership of the committees of its board of directors, each with effect from 1 November 2026:

●         Joe Hurd has been appointed as a member and Chair of the Trust & Transparency Committee, replacing Claire Davenport who remains a committee member. Joe has stepped down as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee;

●         Claire Davenport has been appointed as the Non-Executive Director responsible for workforce engagement, replacing Joe Hurd; and

●         John-Paul Savant has been appointed as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.
 

Following the changes detailed above, the membership of the board committees will be as follows:
