Further to the Company's announcement of 27 July 2026 and the cancellation of 40,579,562 ordinary shares of 91 pence each ("Shares"), the Company also issued 266,666 Shares on 22 July 2026 pursuant to the Company's existing block admission following an exercise of options. Therefore, as of 31 July 2026, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consisted of 53,887,211 Shares, all of which carry one voting right per Share. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury.

 

The figure of 53,887,211 Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
