SUBSCRIPTION FOR ORDINARY SHARES BY PDMRS

The Company announces the following transactions by Directors and PDMRs of the Company (or their PCAs) which took place in connection with the Equity Issue announced on 5 August 2026.

As part of the Equity Issue, all the Directors and PDMRs of the Company (or their PCAs) have subscribed for an aggregate of 771,195 New Ordinary Shares at the Placing Price of £1.64 per share, as follows:
