Directors' Shareholdings

Tristel plc ("Tristel" or the "Company"), the manufacturer of infection control, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that the Company has been informed that Paul Swinney, Chief Executive Officer, today bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of Tristel ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Swinney now holds 1,092,742 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.73% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company has been informed that Elizabeth Dixon, Finance Director, has today purchased 3,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 28.4p per Ordinary Share resulting in a total holding of 13,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
