Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tristel plc ("Tristel" or the "Company"), the infection and contamination control business, was informed yesterday that on 11 November 2010, Mr Antonio Soler, Non-Executive Director , acquired 1,790 ordinary shares of 1p each  in the Company at 63.6p per share.  Following this transaction and the placing announced on 5 November 2010, A Soler will be interested in 10,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the enlarged share capital.
