The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 5,733,547 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 93.132 pence per share on 24 March 2026 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 5 September 2025.

The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 25 March 2026.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 125,271,870 Venture Shares of 1p each.
