Director Declaration

Trifast plc ("Trifast" or the "Group", LSE: TRI.L), the international specialist in the design, engineering, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality engineered fastenings, today announces that Serena Lang, Chair of Trifast, has notified the Board of her intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director of Henry Boot plc (LSE: BOOT).

Serena will remain on the Board of Henry Boot plc until her successor has been appointed, to ensure an orderly transition.

There is no change to Serena's position as Chair of Trifast.
