I am delighted to announce the appointment of Jack Holland to the Board as Commercial Director effective from 17 September 2026.

Jack joined the Company in August 2023 as Head of Public Sector Delivery from the Office for Product Safety and Standards. He had already established himself as a rising star within the civil service. Since joining Triad, Jack has amply demonstrated his mettle and has contributed substantially to the expansion of our business. He adds further deep and perceptive understanding of the public sector to our Board. I anticipate that Jack will be a key participant in the on-going development of the Company as a source for the public sector of professional help and support. This will lead to significant improvements in efficiency and value for money in the crucial area of digital transformation.

 

Jack has a BA (Hons) in History at Liverpool University.

 

Jack does not currently hold any Ordinary shares in the Company.

 

There are no further details to disclose under paragraph 6.4 of the Listing Rules in relation to Jack.
