Update

Trellus Health plc (AIM: TRLS), a healthcare company delivering Trellus Elevate®, a digital platform that integrates data analytics with personalised, scientifically proven resilience programmes and value-based solutions to manage complex chronic conditions, confirms that, further to the Company's announcement of 19 June 2026, the Company's cash runway has been extended to 11 August 2026.

The Board has, over recent weeks and in conjunction with its corporate restructuring advisers, continued to progress a potential sale of certain Company assets including the shares in Trellus Health Inc., the Company's US operating subsidiary. Those discussions are well advanced. There can be no certainty that any transaction will be concluded or further funding will be forthcoming nor as to terms thereon. The Board also continues to take action to protect wider stakeholders' interests.

The Company's ordinary shares remain suspended from trading on AIM since 8 May 2026 due to the ongoing uncertainty regarding the Company's financial position.
