Delay to Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

The Board of Trellus Health plc confirms that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 will not be published by 30 June 2026 (the deadline under Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies). The Company's ordinary shares remain suspended from trading on AIM since 8 May 2026 due to the ongoing uncertainty regarding the Company's financial position.
