The Issuer hereby gives notice to the former Noteholders that, further to the announcement on 2 December 2025, as of today 19 December 2025 all of the outstanding Notes have been redeemed at 100.00 per cent of their principal amount, together with interest accrued, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Notes.

 

The Notes, and the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the admission of the Notes to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc, are cancelled forthwith following the redemption.
