Notice of General Meeting

 

Trainline plc announces that it has today published a Notice of General Meeting (the 'Notice') to be held at 8:30am GMT on 29 January 2026 at 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD to seek an additional authority to make market purchases of the Company's Ordinary Shares in order to provide the Board with sufficient headroom to continue the Buyback Programme.

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R, copies of the Notice of General Meeting and the Proxy Form for the General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
