Result of AGM

​Trafalgar (AIM:TRAF), a natural resource company focused on building a portfolio of assets and businesses across strategically important mineral supply chains, announces that at the Company's annual general meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.

The results of the voting by way of a poll on the ordinary resolutions and special put to the AGM, and set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, were as follows:
