Confirmation of Name Change to Trafalgar Minerals PLC

Further to the announcement made on 23 July 2026, the Company is pleased to announce Companies House has now issued it with a certificate of incorporation on change of name from Trafalgar Property Group PLC to Trafalgar Minerals PLC ("Trafalgar Minerals").

Trading in the Company's shares under the new company name is expected to commence at 08:00 a.m. today, 05 August 2026. The Company's ISIN and ticker (TRAF) remain unchanged.

Shareholder's rights are unaffected by the change and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.
