Change of Name to Trafalgar Minerals PLC

"When we joined the Company earlier this year, we set out our intention to identify and execute a reverse takeover that would define Trafalgar's next chapter.

"Renaming the Company to Trafalgar Minerals PLC reflects that strategy and signals our clear focus on building a business centred on high-quality opportunities in the mining and natural resources sector. We continue to make good progress in evaluating potential opportunities and look forward to updating shareholders as we advance our strategy."
