Contract Wins and Uplifts Totalling £24m

£19m contract uplift and one year extension secured with HM Land Registry and new £5m British Library award

TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX), a leading technology-enabled services company focused on people-powered digital transformation, is pleased to announce two significant contract developments with a combined value of £24 million.

HM Land Registry: £19m Contract Uplift

TPXimpact has secured a £19 million contract uplift and one year extension under its ongoing strategic delivery partnership with His Majesty's Land Registry (HMLR), extending the contract to May 2028. This extension builds on TPXimpact's appointment in May 2023 as HMLR's primary Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) Delivery Partner, originally awarded as a four-year contract to May 2027. The contract was awarded via an open and transparent process using the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) framework. This extension was included as part of the original contract.

The expanded funding reflects the ongoing growth and success of the joint delivery model, as TPXimpact and HMLR work together to modernise casework systems and accelerate HMLR's transition to a digital-first organisation.

British Library: £5m Contract Win

The Group's digital experience agency, manifesto, has recorded its largest ever win, having been selected as the successful bidder to provide digital product development services for the British Library as part of its landmark Future Web Programme.

●     Initial Contract Value: £5 million

●     Contract Duration: Initial 30-month term, with options to extend

●     Services: Digital product development, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the British Library's web estate via an agile delivery model.

manifesto will supply a multidisciplinary delivery team working alongside British Library staff to modernise the British Library's digital services, expand online access to its collections, and provide a flexible delivery capability tailored to evolving programme needs.

Bjӧrn Conway, Chief Executive Officer of TPXimpact, commented:

"I am delighted with the continued progress being shown by the Group. Securing a further £19m uplift and one year extension with HM Land Registry alongside a major new £5m win with the British Library highlights the exceptional trust our public sector partners place in our delivery teams.

Since we were first appointed as HMLR's core DDaT Delivery Partner in May 2023 under a £49m contract, our joint teams have delivered tangible, modernising changes that directly improve service speed and data quality. Securing this uplift is a testament to the strength of this collaboration and our shared execution track record.

We are equally proud that our digital experience agency manifesto, has been selected by the British Library for its Future Web Programme. Helping one of the world's iconic cultural institutions broaden public access to its vast archives requires adaptable, human-centred digital design-a space where Manifesto excels.

These wins further strengthen our long-term order book and reinforce TPXimpact's position as a key digital transformation partner for the UK public sector."
