TP ICAP GROUP PLC (the "Company") announces that during the period 06 July 2026 to 10 July 2026, it purchased to be held in treasury (through Peel Hunt LLP acting as the Company's broker) the following number of its shares of 25p each on the London Stock Exchange.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company's issued Ordinary share capital consists of 795,390,932 Ordinary shares of which a total 69,514,273 shares are held in treasury. The remaining 725,876,659 shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
