Director Change

TP ICAP Group plc (the "Company" or "TP ICAP") today announces that Philip Price, Executive Director and Group General Counsel, will step down from both positions with effect from 30 September 2026.

Following his departure from the Board, Philip will continue to support the Group in a senior advisory capacity as Strategic Adviser, Corporate Transactions to facilitate an orderly transition of responsibilities and ensure continuity across a number of strategic initiatives.

Philip joined the Group in 2015 and has served in a number of senior leadership positions during his tenure, most recently as Group General Counsel and Executive Director. As a member of the Group Executive Committee and Board, he has played a significant role in the Group's strategic development, governance framework, regulatory engagement, M&A activity and broader corporate transformation initiatives.

Philip commented: "It has been a privilege to work with outstanding colleagues across the Group and to contribute to the Company's development during a period of significant change and growth. I am proud of what we have achieved together and grateful for the support of the Board, management team and employees. Sarah Linstead, currently General Counsel for the EMEA region, will succeed Philip as Group General Counsel.
